Location worked for me

Nothing stood out, no breakfast, facilities like a pool

Room was comfortable

So I checked in at 4:40. The lady in the front took my id. Mind you I just drove from Maine to New Jersey. I was exhausted. So I was told when I checked in that I could call the manager in the morning and she would give us at 12 c/o. So I called and the customer service lady said the manager wouldnt be back until 3. So we checked out. Then two hours later I received a phone call that my drivers license was still there. I asked if they could mail it and they said no. That they will give it to the post office to mail to me. I was half sleep from driving. She should have gave me back my id. Also they had to have checked in other customers and saw my id in copy machine. She could have given it back to me before I left. I just had a shitty experience there. And the staff if not helpful. We will never stay there again. I have worked in hotels. And I try to make sure to help customers any way I can.

It was a good location. Food options all around and comfortable room

No complaints

Not replacing used towels and refilling shampoo and soap everyday
