Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Stadtmitte mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal, Gefallen hat uns das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel ist speziell für islamische Gäste eingerichtet und hat auch einen kleinen Souvenirshop

Im obersten Stockwerk hört man die Klimageräte auf dem Dach recht laut. Wir haben aber unkompliziert andere Zimmer erhalten.

Very nice and beautiful hotel, comfortable and clean room, delicious food and very kind and friendly staff.

We loved the buffet breakfast and the restaurant. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The property was modern and well-kept. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful, especially Akmal, Timur and Amirjon - who helped with our takeaway breakfast request (we needed vegetarian and one of us has a tomato allergy).

I missed having a bar or alcohol available. We also wished that the whirlpool in the spa was a hot tub. When we tried to ask, there was a miscommunication about the temperature of the water, so we were disappointed that the water was 25C, not 40C. It was also very difficult for my mother to climb in and out of the whirlpool because there is no ladder. She had to go to hands and knees to get in and out and be pulled up.
