観光のため数日滞在しました。客室は非常に清潔で、極めて快適に過ごせました。(シャワーの水圧もバッチリ) 観光要所や市街からはやや離れており、ホテル周辺で歩いてレストランを探したり、買い物をするのには向きません。(ローカルなファーストフードや飲み物を買うコンビニ的なお店はあります。)ただ、ホテル内のレストランはイタリアンが中心で割高感はあるものの、使いやすく美味しいです。水などのソフトドリンク、軽いお菓子もホテル内で購入できます。 立地についても、配車アプリでタクシーはすぐ呼べますし、観光要所まで10分前後なので気になるほどではありませんでした。 ちなみに配車アプリを利用すれば、深夜や早朝でもタクシーはつかまえられます。その為、駅や空港へのアクセスは良好に感じました。(旧市街にあるホテルなどはタクシーに乗れる場所まで歩く必要があるホテルもあると聞くので) フロントのスタッフは英語が堪能で、フレンドリーかつ親切でした。洗濯機の使い方も非常に丁寧に教えてもらえて、本当に助かりました。

Hotel shop sells quality products 6. Check in and out were smooth Disliked 1. Mattresses were too soft and for people with bad back, firmer mattress is needed 2. The waitress in restaurant was rude and not helpful to top up tea for my mother who is 75 years old with bad hip. It upset her deeply for young staff to be so rude to an elderly person.
