La atención y las disculpas del empleado Joao (joven moreno de barba) han “salvado” nuestra estancia. Tenía que esmerarse en pedir disculpas por muchas cosas y a muchos clientes.

Nada más llegar a la habitación no funciona el aire acondicionado. Explicación oficial: no funciona a partir de la 5ª planta. Me pregunto ¿por qué nos dan esa habitación si saben que es así? Otro aspecto reseñable negativamente es el desayuno. Solo trabaja una señora que parece la cocinera, sale hasta a recoger mesas. El domingo fue catastrófico, había solo un empleado que pasaba de todo: ni reponía, ni recogía, ni nada.

15 euros de parking Très loin à pieds des restaurants et de l'animation de Porto Pas de climatisation qui fonctionne donc très chaud la nuit, fenêtre ouverte pour un peu de fraîcheur mais du bruit venant de la rue
