Rooms are beautifully appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. Maple room was lovely. Excellent. Had everything needed. Loved all the extra touches. Old fashioned radio, chocs, shower gel, teas etc

Chairs in Rose Bedroom not v supportive and too low down. Wallpaper in bathroom needed attention.

"Nice but not worth the money."

A very odd hotel! No Bar, restaurant 3 nights a week staff go home at 5pm. If you do choose to stay at this hotel take plenty of refreshments! We paid over £300 a night for a three night stay it was definitely not worth the money. The two staff we did meet were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was very hit & miss.
