Wagon Wheel Hotel

The room is just basic, but the bathroom is quite big. Location is good for walking distance to center and close to Yellowstone entrance by car

The staff (one person) was unhelpful and notnot caring: he didn't have any knowledge of anything in the hotel and didn't care about anything but his phone. The breakfast is a joke. Nothing to put on you toast except jam. Nothing to put on your cold pancake except shared peanut butter. We skipped breakfast a few times and went for something edible. The shower had a flat floor that constantly spilled the water onto the bathroom. The rooms had no noise insulation, so you other guests star waking you up at 6am The in room refrigerator is quite loud

The person at the front desk was clearly very sick but still working. The walls are very thin and people are moving around starting at 5 AM so my sleep is poor. My showerhead was spraying all over the wall and looks like it had for a long time.

My room was right next to the elevator. It was way too noisy. That’s a lot of money to spend for that kind of a room.

Safe

Our room was a good size and clean, and our bed was comfortable. We also liked the location.

Breakfast was just okay--area was too small. Room frig needs to be defrosted on a regular basis (may have inadequate ventilation).

Fair

Very expensive for fair lodging.

Location was great.

Very outdated. Pictures on the website were deceiving. Toilet handle was broken almost cut our fingers.

We stayed on the third floor. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable attest along day in Yellowstone. Light breakfast and welcoming front desk.

I like the proximity to Yellowstone national park entrance. 5 minutes away from the entrance.
