i forget watch at room.then i call back to them and they said they have found my watch and promise me to courier the watch .i send them my courier address. but now its week and still they haven't courier my watch.

"Bad experience"

The hotel staff is not responsive. I had to call several times to 1) clean the washroom, as it was dirty, 2) there was no hot water and the weather was very cold, eventually we had to take cold water bath and 3) the staff was very rude, when we told the heater was not working, the manager said he cannot do anything. Our experience was very bad and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were good and decent with respect to the amount we paid and got early check-in as well in nominal cost

The room didn't have electric kettle and the hotle didn't have water service it was paid bottles.
