Everything was perfect bar the mattresss it was very hard :((

The hotel is 1min walk from the beach, good AC.

Very BAD shower, just dripping water, heater is terrible. Bathrooms in the ground floor rooms have open exist to the outside, and there is no door, they also have very bad smell always. Beds are super uncomfortable (I like firm mattress but these are literally wooden), sheets and towels are with spots and need proper laundry. Windows are all covered in kind of glue, and cannot be closed properly, so you will want the curtain always closed hence consider it as no windows in the rooms (even higher floors). Room was suggested to be cleaned only after we complained that we got huge red ants in the bathroom. Also, the main door is almost broken, seems to be 100 years old although it is a new hotel.

there is no bath amenities like toothbrush soap shower gel and shampoo

the bikini beach is a one minute walk from the guesthouse, nice and cozy living room area where you have breakfast. the staff is extremely friendly! Kumar cooks the best black coffee and Asad, who manages it all with guests is incredible.Super helpful, walked us around, helped to exchange money, arranged pick ups and drop tos, any issue or question you have - he will sort it out or advise. this made the stay highly comfortable considering this wasn’t a hotel.

2 clothes hangers are not enough no night lamps beds may be hard, but we liked it breakfasts are same everyday, they call them continental, but as mentioned you should just ask and they will arrange corn flakes and yoghurt, and will do their best to make you feel satisfied rooms are cleaned and towels changed only if you ask to the sink cabinet doors hanged open

the staff is amazing! they were very helpful, organized all the activities for us, super friendly.. 10/10!! the location was also amazing!!
