Upstairs room really clean and nice. Staff friendly. Location good for both the lagoon and the town (bit up hill to the main road but okay). Great value for money.

Small thing - few hooks and coat hangers would be useful as no wardrobe.

Good room for the price. Very close to many attractions and restaurants. Staff are flexible, mainly speak Spanish. Keep the hotel clean.

Bathroom was a good size with a large shower but no hooks or rail to hang towels or clothes inside the bathroom.

Lovely staff, Orlando drove us into town and everyone else was super accomodating. Great AC and comfy bed.

Very nice place, lovely and available staff, comfortable bed, hot shower and air-con. For us the location was perfect, 5-10 min walking from the vibrant "Galeon Pirata" an independent cultural space we fell in love with, where you can find circus performances and live music every night. 20min walk to the center.

if you keep the curtains open you won't have a lot of privacy, being the rooms on a long corridor-terrace but apart from this very little detail (that won't really matter if you'll spend most of the day out discovering the amazing Bacalar and its wonders).. nothing to say :) all great!

Although this place is pretty basic, it is quiet, so you can sleep well. The people that run the place are decent, honest and helpful.

This place is quite pricey for what they offer. The beds are not very comfortable and there are lots of ants, so wrap up any food you have.
