Die Holzhütten haben höchstens einen 3 Sterne Standard. Die Badezimmer sind winzig, ungefähr so groß wie im Flugzeug plus Dusche. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach nicht. 50% des verlangten Preises wären gerade so angebracht.

I booked the smaller cabana with the view directly from the tub. The jets weren't working, so they upgraded me to a bigger room!

There's only one key per room. And of course I locked myself out. I'm already a native English speaker, and after the upgrade, for me to have forgotten my key in the room...I just felt like an embarrassed foreigner. The staff were great! They had to crawl through the window to get into the room and retrieve the key. I wish it was as easy of just getting another key from the front desk though!

It is a very beautiful, nice location. I totally recommend the jet ski rental and experience the various open water areas around the location. The supplied breakfast in the morning was perfect. It's close to the rock and also close to the city of Guatapé. Getting there via chiva was very easy. Staff was great, and they made sure that everything was perfect, answered.All questions and actually help with some transportation. I would definitely come back again

There wasn't much I didn't like other than the high humidity. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room..

Very good place to stay!! Perfect view of El Peñol. Staff was great with the attentions!

Location was beautiful, and waking up to the view was amazing. The biggest downside was the room service, not the service itself but the food quality. My girlfriend and I had dinner, and all of it was completely overcooked and dry. The staff itself was quick to respond to anything and very polite.
