the room and washroom were clean but the pool and gardens were not at all maintained. there were small insects in pool due to which we start to feel ichy.

the service was pathetic, the location is to the outer of the city which is good in terms of nature but if it is out they should have facility for food which they dint. they failed to bring a bottle of water for an hour, we had to call them for like 5 times to a small thing. too limited menu, hardly had something that we could eat other than basic food whose taste was also below average, we had to go specially to city which is about 18 kms from there and get something packed to eat. Staff is next level lazy, if you ask a guy for something he just passes the order to order and the other guy passes it ahead and so on and we just keep waiting for the order to come to us. They has so much issue with lights, the lights kept on going in every 30 minutes, though they had generator which was only able to make Fan work and it was too disturbing. The phone is set near the door of the room, so if you want to call reception or room service you have to get up and go to it instead of it being convenient near the bed.
