Solo la ubicación

1- El internet está súper lento, no pude usarlo en el tiempo que me encontraba 2- No había bote de basura en el baño, y el bote de no tenía bolsa 3- Agregan servicio que dicen que tienen (resguardo de equipaje) y no tienen para resguardar equipaje 4- Pongan plancha en cada cuarto

No me hospedé aquí porque a la mera hora me cancelaron, el chico que me atendió dijo de manera cortante que no había disponibilidad.

El trato de quien me atendió fue muy hostil. No ofreció opciones y dijo que aunque hubiera confirmación de la reservación que no había disponibilidad.

No se queden en este lugar el dueño es un irresponsable, te cobra de más y te hará cargos no reconocidos a tu tarjeta. No sé porque sigue en booking

Pésimo, evitense problemas. Nos cambió a otro alojamiento por reserva doble, se enojó cuando le expresé mi molestia, le falta mantenimiento a la casa sobre todo a los baños, después de 3 días del check out tuve que cancelar mi tarjeta bancaria porque seguía haciendo cargos y ya me había bloqueado de toda comunicación. También es dueño de casa Frida Coyoacán.

Llegamos y nos comentaron que no existía ninguna reservación y que el inmueble estaba ocupado desde hace 2 noches atras.

I like anything cause they canceled my reservation just before I arrived lying about my credit card. The security guy told me that it's common situation, that people with babies had the same situation I did at 3am in the morning. Also I read more people saying they had the same issue. So you book your room and not even 1 hour before the check in they cancel it. Unbelievable.

Bad people that don't care about anyone. Such a shame. You should be banned from Booking which is a decent platform and these people have nothing of decency. Shame on you!

Room

The staff was rude . They had a large face all the time . We stayed here since all were patients for the eye hospital near by . They staff took the liberty of packing our bags and handling our stuff at check out since the time at the hospital extended . Currently we cannot find personal belongings they “packed “ there is no reason for the hotel to touch our stuff and hats why late check out fees are for in any case .

Very well located and security at the entrance. The place was clean and there was blankets and bed sheets for the sofa. The place was nice looking too.

Little amenities at the property, no shampoo nor body soap also hand towel was lacking. There is no way to regulate hot water in the shower it goes from extremely hot to extremely cold over and over. Poor sound insulation. There were noisy guests and could hear EVERYTHING like coming from just behind the door. So no way of having good rest at nigh if you happen to be with noisy guests.
