Motorbike tour of Vietnam with 2 friends. Been riding for 4 hours in extreme hot conditions so was looking forward to check in and then jump in the pool. My brother arrived 1 hr earlier and warned me the check in was difficult. My check in took 45minutes. Although friendly, reception staff displayed a level of incompetence I have not encountered before…and I am a businessman who travels a lot … atleast 6 months in a year o er past 25 years. My friend arriving with me experienced the same issue. We were the only people checking in and the hotel appeared to have no visible guests around. There were 5 employees behind the Check in desk. Although the hotel itself was nice, I would never stay here again.

Ok so I have very mixed feelings about my stay here. It was odd. This is a magnificent oceanfront hotel in the middle of nowhere and it’s apparently almost completely void of guests the majority of the time. I’ve never seen anything like it. This place is massive. The common area could easily entertain 1000+ people; I think that’s a low estimate. There is a huge breakfast area that was empty the four days I was there. I will say management needs to get their act together. With an empty hotel there is no excuse for everything to be immaculate and it wasn’t. The one table I chose to sit at for lunch day 1, I chose for the view of the beach and it was dirty. Someone previous had chosen the same table for the same reason, made a mess and the staff just left it. I spent four days with these people and they have great attitudes for the most part; friendly, enthusiastic but supervision was nonexistent which is ridiculous because I know they were in the building. The epitome of overstaffed. Everywhere you looked was a sharp dressed supervisor or manager doing. . . nothing. At one point in the dining room I called out the wait staff because I placed an order and it never arrived; no explanation, no food and the waiter apparently went on break. Now unfortunately this a predominantly Vietnamese speaking hotel and I speak English; google translate was used constantly by myself and most employees. When I ordered food I was never sure what would arrive but I ate some pretty good food here.

Nice and quiet location , near the sea, beautiful building with large and well decorated areas.

The property, outside walls and metallic structures need to be repainted to give a pleasant view of the hotel.

Clean sea. Almost clean beach. New hotel rooms.

The façade of the building requires renovation. There are only 8 sun loungers and three beach umbrellas for the entire hotel. There is a coffee machine in the lounge, I asked for a cappuccino but they ran out of milk. This is unacceptable. The restaurant has a good menu, even in English, but of all the dishes there are only sandwiches and burgers(. The restaurant staff do not know the restaurant menu well and do not speak English at all.
