I hate to give bad reviews but upon arrival we discovered several of the beds had large rodent poo on them. Master bedroom 1st floor, bunk beds, one of the twins and the double sized bed. We contacted the property manager and I was super nice I just asked if they would change the sheets and provide us with cleaner. They said absolutely, but a guys showed up and dropped off the sheets no cleaner. We made due but My wife and girls did not sleep well. I mentioned this to the propoerty manager after checkout and they would not give any rental credit. I just dont think this is a good way to do business. I know things like this happen but you should always try and please the customer. Im not angry or anything, it just could have been made better by some consolation. They just said no. Do your self a favor and pick another house, this one is very nice but I would go for a better management company.
