Dune Villa

Location. The air-conditioning was great. Beds were comfortable.

No dishwasher, no washer and dryer. No doors on screened in porch.

Clean, great location, family friendly, pets allowed, water hose outside, good parking, everything you’ll need.

Our only complaint is we couldn’t get the tv’s to change channels. Everything else was literally awesome and we just plugged our switch in and played it any ways

Good location

The rental was in a good location. The rental itself was lacking in cleanliness! The floor was absolutely disgusting!! We had to wear shoes all the time because the floors were sticky and made our feet black @! There was something brown sprayed on the wall near the fridge. Also when we pulled out our sleeper sofa there were dirty linens from im supposing the previous guests. The neighbors upstairs thought they were the only ones renting because they were very loud and you could hear them stomping way into the night and early in the morning...but im not holding that against my rating yall cant control that. Maybe yall should check behind yalls cleaners!

Close to the beach and shops. Unit had no steps. Neat and clean.

No outside water to rinse off. Not enough towels. Need more living room seating.

It was 2 bedroom

Bathroom was very small for a 2 Bedroom and accommodate 6 guest there was just 3 of us but bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put toiletries

The actual unit was fairly clean on the inside but the screened in area was dirty, with torn screens. The toilet was hard to flush. The plastic chairs were cracked and unsafe to sit on. The backyard was unusable. The street had some construction going on and the noise was loud. It would be nice if it had more comfortable seating in the living area.
