"Had a good time, property was adequate, probably won’t stay here on next visit to Tybee."

Location, comfortable beds,allows pets. Porches were great. Fenced in yard for pets. Upgraded kitchen. Easy to contact Rental agency.

The toilet was VERY short. In addition there was a soft spot in the floor around the toilet. Needs to be fixed before floor gives way. Several boards were no longer in place on house, fence, porch - this shows lack of basic upkeep of the property. The gate to enter the property needs to be lifted off the ground to open and close it - another sign of poor maintenance. Extended step to enter front door on property can be a problem.
