"Nice living space on the upper level. Ground level lets the property down badly."

The upper living area - great kitchen, nice bedrooms, perfect location in Tybee. Perfect for family of 6

The downstairs games area and outside pit/BBQ was not usable and very dirty. Disappointed aa the games area was one of the reasons I chose the property. The downstairs area is subject to flooding in bad storms.
