Location was great

Apartment was old, outdated and needs a remodel. Had a musty moldy smell. Also if there is more than one person staying you will need to bring towels. There is only enough towels for one person a day and no washer/dryer

The location was perfect the beach was right there.

The owner lived above and was a busy body. They actually moved my beach cart and beach chairs that I left on the side of the patio to dry after I rinsed it off and where it was not visible to people walking to and from the beach since the road out front was public beach access and parking. They actually moved it to the front yard about a foot from the side of my car which would have taken someone 2 seconds to take. I had it behind the trash can on the side of the house not visible to anyone one and the trash can was our responsibility according to the rental contract. I realized what they did when I went outside to move it inside since a storm was coming with winds gusting up to 40mph which could have blown it right into the side of my car.
