The location was near to where I wanted to use as everyday travel to visit family’s

They didn’t do breakfast which was a disappointment as when you woke up first thing you looked forward to is good breakfast especially when you’re travelling early morning there were information give verbally on where you could have breakfast nearby which was good but they open at 8-30 and it’s good value for your dollars

Check-in is noon . I arrived around 4:30pm. The original hotel was horrible falling apart. Look like a scene from a horror movie. I went to the front desk the doors where lock and the lights where off. I when to the back looking for staff or someone. The place was empty. Look like a ghost town. Dogs walking around was the only life i saw there. I called the number and got a voice mail. I stayed there until 5:15pm. Kept calling and kept getting the voice mail. I needed a place to stay that night. I ended up booking a room at Port of Call. Called Waterloo again voice-mail. 8pm called again no return just the same voice-mail same message. I never was able to check in. I tried to cancel online and it was too late. I should get a refund. They called me the next day and hang up when i answered. I will call my bank Monday when i get back to the States. I will demand a refund. I will never recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. So unprofessional.

I like the convenience of being in the town, and having easy access to shopping, and eateries.

I didn't get to sleep for a minute because of the load music/party coming from room 10 all night

Nasty Nasty Nasty.. staff cluess. Not certain who check us in maybe the cook, bartender or the babysitter holding a child . No tv .No hot/bottle water . No WiFi .. no shower head on shower ?? (Make no difference couldn’t take a shower) Bedbugs ?? Unfortunately I Can’t prove this since I didn’t do a good check for them when I cover the bed with the disposable sheets like I always do .was to exhausted.. however the bites on my body tell a different story. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog and they were plenty on the property.. thank God it was 1 nite only layoff for a funeral .. You need to take his property off your website bad for business seriously. Unsanitary conditions..

Swiming pool which we unfortunately disent use due to rain

Where to start… Let me put it this way, if you are a horor movie, adrenalin sport and “sex-over-the-wall” fan, you will have a great experience here. You cannot find this treasure anywhere else on the island but only in Black River. And if it wasnt enough, after byuing over booking.com app, we got charded $20 more the next morning at the horor desk… what a treat :)

The rooms were very clean. Best amenities were air conditioning and hot water. Will visit again!

The pool was dirty but the rooms were okay with ac. The ac was great. There is nothing to do really around so it is not complete the hotels faults for the deterioration on their premises. Not the best best to be or travel to

Like all the trees on the property, but garbage everywhere.
