"So bad experience"

They so bad behavior and keep us waiting 5 hours to check in and after we get access key we found guest in room

Location is good. Staff well behaved and cordial. Quality of food is good.

The bathrooms near pool were not functional. Breakfast spread was limited.

"Weird Room structure and the staff in restaurant need little bit training in hospitality."

1. Hotel is beautiful. 2. Close to railway station and Orion mall. 3. Front desk staff were really good.

1. The room structure is weird, I never stayed in a hotel where bed is right off of the door and the bathroom is way back. this kinda hinders privacy if you request for room service. 2. Hotel is beautiful except the room. The room i stayed feels like it is old and remodeled room.

Staff trying to help,

The staff are not trained enough for a 4-star hotel, Breakfast is cold everyday, Linen is not clean- it had yellow visible patches. No door safety measures.
