INGBGBThe location was suitable for me as it was close to where we held a family function. Quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication from Samuel. Water pressure was good. The home has got lots of potentials and it is suitable for an overnight stay.
My room (on the ground floor with a brown door) did not have a lock on the door. Samuel confirmed, “no lock on door, the house is safe”! I was uncomfortable with the explanation and it made it difficult for me to leave valuables in the room since I was attending a family function. The radiator in the room did not work (same as in my nephews’ Room 1 upstairs). After contacting Samuel, we were able to get two moveable portable heaters from the cupboard on the ground floor. The mattress on the bed was terrible, it has gone past it sell by date! The mattress needs replacing. No air freshener in the rest room. I entered shortly after someone had just finished their business. It was awful! The sensor light in the bathroom went off twice while having a shower. More so, it was noisy (children’s voices) when I arrived at the property at 10:30pm. Left the property at 7:45am with all my valuables.
