Totul este cu foarte mult bun gust si de calitate.. Curățenie excelentă și personal deosebit. Bucătăria foarte bună.

Un hotel superb,extrem de primitor! Am apreciat foarte mult caldura personalului,peste tot doar zambete si oameni politicosi. Curatenia in aceasta locatie este la cel mai inalt nivel.In camera ai chiar si un bilet de intampinare care iti spune ce persoana s-a ocupat de curatenia camerei tale.O metoda de responsabilizare clara a personalului. Un alt simbol al ospitalitatii,in camera ai la dispozitie cafea cu espressor,sticle de apa plata,ceai si o ciocolata ca semn de bun venit. Lucruri marunte pentru unii,dar cred fac o diferenta enorma. Astea inseamna sa pui clientul pe primul loc si sa arati ca nu este vorba despre un simplu bussines. Restaurantul este de asemenea de top. Mancaruri premium si rafinate,calitate pret excelent! Am apreciat de asemenea ambianta din restaurant,foarte cochet si primitor. Hotelul este foarte aproape de Parcul Elisabeta si centrul orasului,poti ajunge foarte usor la pas. In concluzie,ospitalitate,servicii cazare si restaurant demne de un hotel 4*.Le meritati din plin!

Un mic centru spa ar fi binevenit in acest minunat hotel 😊
