Receptioner nepoliticos deranjat ca cerem ceva sau altceva..nu a vrut sa ne dea camera ceruta deși era libera si la același tarif ..camera partial pregătită pt oaspeții..era frig..am cerut sa incalzeasca fara apa am cerut apa fara dulciuri welcome ...am cerut A trebuit sa le cer una cite una ..spre deranjant recepția de fiecare data ...am mai fost la accest hotel înainte si era totul.in ordine ..acum.nu . Asa ca nu as mai merge
