The house was nice and close to the beach. The beach toys and boards to use was a plus.

You need to upgrade appliances. The drier door would not close without proping something in front of it to keep it closed. The dishwasher door spring was broken. The oven top front eye wouldn't get warm. The grill was rusted out and pretty much unusable. First bedroom as you walk in was really hot compared to the rest of the house. The out door shower head and sprayer was broken.
