Grand Suites Lake Tekapo

very spacious room, clean, had a good view of lake tekapo, got a free upgrade to the luxury suite which we're thankful for!

card scanner did not work one night and took some time to contact the staff to fix as it was midnight. almost thought we had to stay outdoors for the night.. but fortunately still managed to get it fix

Location. Well equipped and modern

No safe Would have been good to have had some garden chairs to sit outside

the oven could not work unless there is a special way to start it up, we switched the plug on too

David and Sue really looked after my wife and I. THANK YOU. Room was modern and clean. Views from our balcony out to Lake Tekapo and the pedestrian bridge were great. Easier to walk over to the restaurants, rather than drive. It's a 3 minute walk. Was a very windy night, hence the answer to the question about "how quiet was your room". It wasn't other guests or anything like that, but you could really hear the wind howling. We'd definitely stay here again. (Photo was from our balcony).
