The host was very communicative

Im a female and I reserved 2 rooms with a female friend overnight before going to Heathrow. The communication with the host was always polite and responsive. We did however, check out of the place because of the behavior of other guests. These other guests were apparently frequent guests who were well known for their loud โ€œactivityโ€. The hosts did try to rectify the situation but it was an environment that we did not feel comfortable staying. If it had not been for the absolute inconsiderate behavior of the other guests, our stay would have been unremarkable and we would have felt safe.
