Heathrow Garden Lodge - Free Parking - Netflix - Prime - Coffee - WiFi

Staff was absolutely, amazingly helpful, friendly, ready to go beyond to make our stay comfortable. Room was packed with all amenities I needed at free of cost. Comfortable bed, huge TV with free channels, Netflix, beautiful garden, easy parking, great location close to airport and train station. Perfect place. Will definitely stay again.

Owner was rude and told us to turn off light immediately we waited at door for 10 mints . Morning even the check out time was 10 , but he told us to leave by 9

Just one night but very good stay and ideal for Heathrow (£1.75 adult single). However it was the host who made it for us. He was very responsive to messages but also approachable in person and able to offer suggestions e.g. about parking and eating out. Many thanks.

Minor problem with bathroom sink but again host on site and responsive.

空港から少し離れた住宅街にあり、到着してスタッフが迎えてくれるまで少し不安だった。

Firstly, the host was a lovely guy, he tried his best to be helpful, offered us drinks and seemed genuinely kind. However, we could not stay in the room we booked as it was just awful. It was listed as a guest house but it was more like a downmarket HMO! I don’t understand how the ratings are so high for this property. We were lead through the house (passing the kitchen, it looked as though no one had ever washed up). We were lead through the back garden to what looked like a brick shed with 2 small fanlight windows and a door. The bed bases were not secured together, the furniture was really old and it just felt very downmarket. The toilet was in the smallest room with a sliding patio door. The bathroom fan light window & bedroom fan light window were open but the blinds had to be down for privacy which meant there was absolutely no air flow at all and it was the hottest day of the year. We were given 2 fans but we could hardly breathe in the room! Neither my husband nor I felt at all comfortable, it almost cost the same as a Travelodge/Premier Inn but felt like a pokey little bedsit. I must stress how lovely the host was (not the owner of the property) and he tried to help but we just couldn’t stay so we booked elsewhere and left.
