"מארחים גסי רוח חסרי כל גמישות ורצון לעזור לאורחים."

לא הסכימו לקבל אותנו כי איחרנו את שעת בצ'ק אין. המארח ביטל את ההזמנה שלנו ושלח אותנו לחפש מקום לינה אחר בדרכים.

יחס גרוע מאוד ממארחים שלא גילו גמישות וענו בגסות. נאלצנו לאחר בגלל שהמזוודות שלנו לא הגיעו בטיסה. המזוודות הכילו תרופות וציוד שהיה הכרחי לנו להמשך הטיול. המארחים לא הסכימו לקבל אותנו בגלל האיחור. אחרי טיסות של 40 שעות היינו צריכים לחפש לינה בדרך למרות שההזמנה שלנו היתה חודשים מראש וגם שולמה. המארח לא גילה אכפתיות, רחמים, שירותיות ואמר שהפרנו חוזה ולכן הוא לא מוכן לקבל אותנו.

Ontbijt was echt super lekker! Fijne bedden en het ontbijt werd op het terras geserveerd, met mooi uitzicht op het meer. En een lieve gastvrouw die je graag in de watten legt.

We arrived early in hopes of checking in, but the previous guests had just left, so the room hadn’t been cleaned yet — no worries, though; it never hurts to try. We headed out to a lunch function and returned later, where we were warmly greeted by the owner. As he showed us to our room, the view of the lake and mountains was absolutely stunning. The owner was very kind, and after settling us in, he offered us a glass of wine on the upper balcony. Once again, the view was spectacular. We sat and chatted for about 45 minutes before heading out to the second part of our event. The house, the room, and the hospitality were all exceptional. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves a 10/10. I only wish we had more time to stay longer — and enjoy that second glass of wine and more great conversation. Kudos Steele
