Location is a lways an important factor. the location of the apartment was in a great place. Downtown, and in the middle of everything.

The only complaint that i would have is that there was no television in the main living room area.

The location is prime!! Close to everything!!

The hot water didn’t work but owner was very good about sending someone to fix it!! Would have loved a bath mat but all minor issues compared to the benefit of location and communication with owner!!
