Die Lage mit gutem Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und zur Autobahn. Auch das integrierte Restaurant ist zu empfehlen und lobenswert.

Der Fahrstuhl ist gewöhnungswürdig. Sehr langsam und umständlich zu bedienen.
