"The owner does not perform his duties"

Spacious and clean accommodation, not luxury, but functional

I didn't get the door code. After a couple of phone calls, the doors were opened remotely. (No need to explain that I was 20 minutes earlier than I had estimated - I didn't even get the code by the original time.) The room was a couple of degrees cooler than the 30 degree outside air. The major ceiling light didn't work. Very rough sheets on the bed. High price for what you got. Materials were cheaper than in a normal hotel room and the owner minimizes all his work. In her answer below the owner claims that I booked same day that is not true. I booked 2 months in advance.

"Don’t bother, there are much nice places to stay"

The second apartment was clean, however didn’t have running water so actually nothing really

This apartment was probably the worse experience of our life. They send me message about us cleaning dishes after us which is fair enough however to empty all bins seemed rather strange. Had to ask for code for lock as they forgot. We arrived at midnight exhausted from 5 hours of driving in very bad weather conditions only to realise that the apartment which should be ready was not cleaned after previous people. I had mental breakdown as we were so exhausted and the apartment stunk of rubbish, pizza and leftovers. Not even one clean towel to wash hands. After contacting property, they gave us new apartment number as their system said that our apartment is probably not clean. Well obviously!!! This is something what you should have under control when you rent places. Anyway, we tried to find the new apartment, after five minutes walking up and down in the building we tried to look outside. Property didn’t give us absolutely any information, just number and the pin for door. Not even apology!!! Well we entered the other apartment, it was actually really nice place so we had some hope of at least few nice hours of sleep as we had early morning flight and surprise surprise there was no water. I mean like absolutely no running water. So we went to bed with no shower, brushed teeth, not even washed hands! I was so thirsty in the night and there were no shops open at that time of the day. Genuinely horrible experience, horrible communication and we are genuinely expecting refund

Rent og fint. Vel mye støy over hodet på oss i leiligheten fredag kveld, ommøblering ? Hadde gitt beskjed om at vi trengte ikke sovesofa, den var gjort om til seng, dyner og puter, sengesett var «sleng» på spisebord. Det tok jo ikke så lang tid for oss å ordne det da. Kjekk leilighet for tre stykker.

"Disappointing"

Clean and cooking facilities

Too small for 5 people. Not enough space to eat at the table together nor to all sit on the couch. We still had to make the beds ourselves upon arrival (for almost €300 I would have expected this to be done..). Also, we were missing some bed linens (cover sheet).. At some point we had no running water anymore at night! Believe me, that sucks!! Since it’s a self check-in there is no reception to turn to for immediate questions/issues. I sent an inquiry about the water shut off thru booking.com (messaging) but I didn’t hear until 9.30 AM. By then we had been on survival mode for a while.. Apparently there was a panel near the entrance where the water supply could be switched on/off. This resolved the issue but we had no time anymore to shower before check-out time .. this was really inconvenient! We also never received an apology or answer to the question whether we missed a manual where we could have read the necessary information concerning the water shut off etc.
