J’ai apprécié , le petit oreiller dans les 3 tailles présents 😅 Jolie déco , très moderne, bien placé en centre ville , pas de bruit dans les chambres Parking sous terrain , Espace spa très bien , salle de sport.wifi Large choix pour le petit déjeuner. Restaurant sur place , très bonne cuisine

La réglementation ne permets pas de rendre service aux clients Coût supplémentaire si arriver 1-2 h avant l’heure.. Impossible de poser la trousse de toilette dans la salle du bain , zéro place de prévu. Serviettes , peignoir ,etc pour une seule personne.. un oublie .. peu acceptable pour une chambre double .. vu le standing du hôtel ..

"Am avut așteptări mari de la un hotel de 5 stele, dar realitatea a fost sub nivel."

Pro: Locația ok, camera arăta curat, patul confortabil.

Contra: 1. Aerul condiționat nu a funcționat cum trebuie pe toată durata sejurului. L-am setat la minim 20.5°C, dar în cameră era constant cald. Am anunțat recepția, mi-au zis că trimit pe cineva, însă problema nu s-a rezolvat până la check-out. 2. Apa caldă a fost imprevizibilă. Seara aveam, dimineața nu. Pentru un hotel de 5 stele să faci duș cu apă rece dimineața e inadmisibil. La prețul plătit mă așteptam să nu am bătăi de cap cu utilitățile de bază. AC și apă caldă ar trebui să fie standard, nu extra. Nu pot să recomand momentan, cel puțin până nu își rezolvă problemele tehnice
