Location

I asked to have my electronic setup to attached to the tv. Needed a hdmi extender. The technician gave me a lecture that it would not be possible before even looking at the setup. Then when I asked him to look more carefully in the back of the tv we found out that there was an extender already attached. Another instance was ski valet. I asked the front desk if it they could make arrangements with the ski shop to have our skis brought to the slope side valet. They kept telling me that they will let them know, but when I arrived I was told by the valet that they could not do it.
