Check in was smooth and easy clerk was friendly …However there were ant and bugs crawling all over the tables and counters!! My family had a medical emergency and could not reach ANYONE from the front desk for help .. I was told there was breakfast (booking ad says so also) but I was later told I’d have to pay extra money

Me encantó todo, un lugar muy elegante, bonito, amplio! El personal muy amable! Hay un empleado que habla español, es excelente! El mejor que me pudo atender! No recuerdo su nombre! Pero todo el tiempo fue súper amable! Yo espero que el este la próxima vez que vaya al Hotel ☺️

I thought is was a very great choice to stay there, it was very close to my appointment the next day which was perfect. If i have to stay somewhere in that same area I will stay there. The staff I encountered was excellent very professional and courteous.

What didn't I liked, there was nothing I didn't like a great place

"I loved the room, one of the beds had huge dent in mattress, but the rest of room was very nice."

Beautiful and welcoming

Had issues with checking in because they couldn’t find my payment from booking.com, it took awhile to work things out, turns out booking.com was down or hacked and they were locked out from finding virtual card the booking.com sends to property for payment.

"I did not stay there."

Never had breakfast there. I ended up staying at the Hampton Inn next door.

When I called to confirm my booking. They don't have a room for me and the booking was cancelled as they were totally booked from the beginning of February 2026.
