Perolas Villas Resort - Ke Ga Bay

The room was lovely. A huge comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Very clean. Bikes are provided to get around the resort.

We were very surprised that for such a lovely resort the breakfast room was empty! Although included in the price, when we turned up for breakfast all that was available in the dining room was a jug of water. No fruit juice, no food whatsoever. When we asked for a coffee, we were told via google translate, that there was no coffee available. We were then told by one guy, who we thought was a guest, but turned out he was the chef that he could cook an omelette or chicken and rice. We asked for the manager but she was not at work yet. We went back to our room and 15 minutes later, the manageress knocked on our door and said we could have breakfast by the pool. We took her up on her offer and our breakfast arrived by golf buggy 1/2 hour later, stone cold. Had it not been for the breakfast, or lack of it, we would have stayed longer. They would be better to advertise as no breakfast than to include it in the price and not provide it.

Kids friendly environment!

- doesn’t provide creamer for coffee. - fridge doesn’t dispense ice. We have to pay for ice. - didn’t let us know when and where to eat. Need to let the kitchen knows 30 mins in advance. - the bikes are too old and hard to function. - service is slow.
