Personal introduction to apartment

Didn’t realise needed to pay in cash. Details phoned to us but phone not on as abroad.

Room not cleaned and bed sheets not washed. thus not able to stay in the room. Local contact person doesn’t speaks English. Had to find another solution for the night as there are no alternative rooms.

The housekeeper was kind, showed me the apartment. Location is very quite. Apartment was large. Towels were there, but there not a shampoo, only liquid soap. Garage is underground, so you do not have to park on a street. There is a lift even from underground. There is no air-conditioning, but the apartment did not get overheated, nights were already cold.

There is no reception, only one lady who provides keys, stays in apartment nr. 8. I was asked for payment in cash, although in my booking was clear note "Cash is not accepted ". I was told they do not have a payment terminal. So I argued, that ok, but I have also received an e-mail with link for online payment for my stay, so I asked for confirmation that I will pay immediately and provide a proof. I was told I have to get to ATM to withdraw money otherwise I would not get a key. So I finally paid in cash. I did not get any invoice upon payment. I was told I will get it next day. I had a call with the owner several times, to receive the invoice by mail - that was something I have never experienced before. We had several calls and chats and still the invoice was not delivered to me. I finally got it after 3 days of urgencies!

nice quaint town w a grocery nearby, big rooms n bathroomis always a plus.

Schönes Appartement 27. Guter Zustand sauber praktisch. Ausstattung gut. Der Wasserkocher fehlt - Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Handtücher und Bett gut. Praktische kostenfreie Garage unter der Anlage. Komme gern wieder.

Nice complex with very friendly people and nice clean apartment.

No window cover in the bathroom so was no privacy at all.
