Choice in breakfast was limited. It was delayed also. Buffet type breakfast will be desirable.

THE CHICKEN THALI WAS SUPERB !! THE ROTIS & BHAKRI CAME HOT & CRISPY.I DIDN'T TRY THE BIRYANI BUT I BELIEVE IT'S. A MUST TRY. IT WAS ALL VERY VERY AUTHENTIC RUSTIC NOT VERY SPICY OR OILY BUT VERY VERY TASTY FOOD !! 9 MARKS TO THE CHEF'S & COOKS. ALL THE NON VEG FOOD WAS EXTREMELY FRESH INCLUDING THE EGGS.APPARENTLY SIDDHAGIRI HAS BEEN VOTED THE BEST FOR NON VEG FOOD IN WAI & PANCHGANI.Their Owner Mr Sunny was Genuinely accommodating since I was traveling with my pet .The Service Staff special mention of Mr.Rajneesh & Mr. Siddharth who were so very attentive,caring and helpful .The MOST COMMENDABLE PART WAS THE WAY THEY TOOK CARE OF MY DOG - WHO IS VERY PAMPERED .They took care of all of my Dod's specific needs from watching over him, ensuring he got small cuisine requests met, allowing him to play and roam freely.We were very well looked after and we are so grateful and touched by Mr Sunny's management style and they worth and service etiquette of the Staff.NOW FOR THE BEST PART -THE FOOD ! The food was exceptionally well prepared,VERY HOT- FRESH & YUMMY TASTY for a city slicker like me. Also it helps that they have a LIVE TANDOOR onsite, therefore LARGE SIZED CRISP & PIPING HOT TANDOORI ROTI;s in the cold mountain air were served alway. All of this made it a Very FRESH & ENERGISING Experience.!!

THEY MUST HAVE BUILD A MORE GRAND & PRETTY ENTRANCE TO THE RESORT IE LIVING AREA . THEY MUST CREATE A GATE TO SEPARATE THE RESTAURANT FROM THE RESORT. THEY MUST HAVE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST OPTIONS & FRESH JUICES & OPTIONS FOR SEASONAL FRUITS SUCH A STRAWBERRY RECIPES - !! VERY IMPORTANT. THEY MUST TRAIN THEIR STAFF TO GUIDE THE GUESTS ON LOCAL PURCHASES, MARKET VISITS & SIGHT SEEING. THEY NEED TO HAVE BETTER WIFI SPEED * CONNECTIVITY. THIS WAY PEOPLE WILL STAY LONGER. THEY MUST INCLUDE FRESH POT TEA AND COFFE IN THEIR SERVICE. THEY CAN INVEST IN A HIGH END COFFE MACHINE WHICH SERVES CAPPUCINO & HOT TEA ETC.CURRENTLY THE ICE CREM GUY SELLS TEA @ Rs 30 for a very small cup.This is not only way too expensive but also not satisfying as it gets cold very quickly. THEY SHOULD INCLUDE ITEMS FOR KIDS SUCH AS SAND-WHICHES,MILKSHAKES,LIGHT SNACkS such as FENCH FRIES * BURGERS.They should have a water dispensing unit On Site. They should have Rugs and Mats on the floor to make it look classy.They should include BedsideTable lamps as the ceiling lights get very sharp if you want to relax. It was very difficult to read due to no bedside lamps. THEY SHOULD INCLUDE LIVE HOT SNACKS LIKE PANEER PAKODA, CHEESE TOAST,

Location, ambience, hospitality, cleanliness and the rooms

We visited the property at the end of October. It was still very cold as we hardly required to put on fans or ac. the restaurant served excellent veg and non veg food though we didn’t try the non veg food. rooms were clean and toilet was also ok. The food is very spicy and those who have habits of eating spicy won’t have any issues but for others it is over spicy or hot. secondly no Chinese food or soups if you want to skip the dinner.

They have very less staff for rooms. main door of room was very tight as well as the cupboard. no coffee table in room and no chairs either. The staff is very afraid of taking room keys for cleaning. They say that they will only clean it in your presence. property is not that much and no walking around is possible. Secondly no auto nearby. you have to request the hotel to get it and you should agree the fare he is asking as you don’t have any other option.
