Location

The abrupt house staff after asking for an extra pillow twice when there were no spares in the room and after they knocked on the door and it took a minute get there they said don’t you answer your door.

Location is great, beds are comfy and bathrooms are clean. I ordered off the Good Guys menu for dinner and it was delicious!

I also ordered the brownie for dessert, the quality of that was not as great and was pricey for what was served.

"All the potential - so disappointing."

Great location with views, modern facilities, room service meal was nice.

Unfortunately any good was overshadowed by unhelpful & dismissive staff, unreliable valet service, later than normal breakfast service, and very minimal options for GF considering the price the breakfast was (I even messaged the hotel a week prior to check about their GF options - with no reply). This was a one night $395 stay with $25 valet parking.

Easy street parking or valet if you prefer. Easy check in, friendly reception. Lovely room, felt fresh and clean. It was quiet and warm, and we got a good sleep. Fast check out.

Out of our usual price range but glad we got to try it out.
