Hostal Roma Condesa

O quarto era confortável e espaçoso, não tem aquecimento porém tinha um para empréstimo. O banheiro era pequeno porém havia água quente. Eu fiquei apenas uma noite e não pude ver a manutenção da limpeza das áreas comuns pois só tinha 1 funcionário que não estava no final de semana. A localização é excelente e o bairro de Condesa é muito agradável.

Achei uma sensação de abandono, considerando que não tinham funcionários, nem cameras porém não ocorreu nada que de fato me deixasse insegura. Achei caro pelo oferecido

L’emplacement, la terrasse, c’est nettoyé tout les jours,rideaux et prise sur les lits en dortoir,eau chaude dans les douches,frigo et cuisine.c’est pas un établissement festif mais on fait des rencontres de voyageurs solo .

Cuisine un peu vétuste mais fonctionnelle,une tablette à côté des prises des lits dortoir serait bienvenu.

Solo he visto que hace falta un poco más de limpieza, en general, la cocina desorganizada, pero principalmente el baño de arriba del todo, no llega el agua durante los días que estuve no hubo agua en ese baño, y hubo un día donde no pude bañarme porque no había agua, creo que hace falta un baño más, porque al ser demasiadas personas no da abasto los baños en horas puntas

The beds were very comfortable and we were allowed an early check in.

- We were told by email that we could do the check out at 13.30 but at 12.35 they sent us a text message saying that we should pick up our things. We text them back 8 minutes later saying that we were on our way to the hotel and when we got there 5 minutes later they had already stuffed our things in plastic bags themselves and were carrying our things out of the room. After 13 minutes of sending a text, unbelievable. Complete breach of privacy and they never wrote back to apologise after shown evidence. - We paid for a room with private bathroom but we couldn't use shower because it worked very badly and the drain was clogged when we arrived. - The kitchen is very dirty and useless.
