La ubicación y el personal es amable.

Que las sábanas no parecían limpias (mala calidad y arrugadas), que el seguro de la puerta no estaba operativo, y había olor a cigarro a pesar de que en la reserva solicite sector de no fumadores.

Me trataron subiendo la voz RETO enojados por reclamar toallas y papel higiénico. No respetan el precio que me dió Booking y era un porcentaje más alto que el IVA. Se quedaron con reserva de agoda que la cobraron cuando hize la reserva y había que pagar con tarjeta y nadie ha respondido y el hotel se lavo las manos. Eso es un robo. De agoda y del hotel. Ha decaído mucho de veces anteriores

Me siento estafado. No volveré más.
