Clean, good location (walking distance to Metro station and Cyberhub), very delicious breakfast and helpful staff. I would stay here again!

Operation was not bad at all, but leaves a bit room for improvement. In my first room there was a problem with the shower. I got a new room in which it was not possible to lock the balcony, they were able to fix it though. No room cleaning within 5 days, maybe this is to be expected in a serviced apartment, I don’t know. Two days before I arrived, they asked for 50% advance payment which had to be done via their website. Everything worked out fine with the transaction and I gave my details, still they asked to provide a screenshot of the transaction via WhatsApp.
