Perch Service Apartment DLF Cyber City

Very good. Especially Mr Aamod Kumar is very helpful at the counter. It’s more look like hotel than apartment in both services and facilities. We would prefer and refer this apartment for Delhi visit. We will definitely come here again.

Good value for money. The location seems to be safe, very convenient if you need to stay near the airport. The apartment was very spacious. Reception opened 24 hours. The kitchen was fully equipped, but we didn´t use it. Really nice café just 1 minute away from the building.

Many construction sites around the building (it was quiet at night but we left at 3.00am, so not sure about the noise in the morning). The room was dusty and not very clean, some of the furniture was old and the toilet sink was leaking water. It is far from the historic center, if you are visiting Delhi for touristic reasons the location is not the best.

Nice and peaceful, friendly staff especially Amod Kumar and Nitin. Great location and nice food in restaurant. Highly recommend

Good accommodation at the right price

This is an excellent property for the price. Amazing location nearby offices and DLF cyber city. HUGE rooms with kitchenette with utensils, fridge and very well laid bathrooms. Super comfy beds and very nice & helpful staff. It's more like hotel rather than service apartments. They also serve decent breakfast but spread is not that huge (expected at the price). Super easy to find and round the clock reception. They have a small gym also at the basement. Complimentary water & tea/coffee at room.
