When I arrived to the hotel I needed to spend 20 minutes waiting for the receptionist, then I was told that the booking price was wrong and they offered me a stay for almost double price. I declined and booked a room in anither hotel. So embarassing...

"Superb"

We were upgraded to a deluxe double room with balcony which was amazing! Room was very spacious with a large smart TV. Lots of space for luggage and to hang things up. Shower had good pressure and temperature. Short walk away from the beach.

Mattress was quite hard.

"Superb"

The room was big and clean. It even has an elevator which was handy as we were on the 5th floor. We rented bikes from here as well. It is near lots of bars and restaurants and is just a 30/40 minute drive into Hoi An. The staff were very helpful, particularly as I left my licence at the property and they posted it to my next hotel within 24 hours.
