- El lugar es precioso.

- Es un albergue venido a mas. La sensacion de albergue no se quita. - Debe haber bonitos senderos y actividades…pero no fuimos capaces de descubrirlo, porque no hay ninguna informacion y con el formato automatizado de Finlandia (llaves en un buzon o codigo en la puerta), no hay humanos a los que preguntarles.

Reception service, inexisting. No public transport, YOU NEED A CAR, a taxi from Viekkola costs 25 Euro! No room service, they did not clean the room FOR 3 DAYS, NO CLEAN TOWELS, THEY DID NOT EMPTY THE RUBBISH BIN. Nobody available in case of emergency! Restaurant closed,impossibile to eat there! ONLY A GLUTEN FREE ROLL WAS OFFERED TO ME AT BREAKFAST ! - I AM COELIAC AND I SENT 3 MAILS TO INFORM THEM. INDECENT!

Molto bella la posizione sul lago e il piccolo appartamento che profumava di nuovo.

L' assenza del personale, la moquette nel corridoio che emanava cattivo odore. L'orario della colazione era troppo restrittivo.
