Convenient Location and Facilities.

My stay this time was a little disappointing. I had booked a 'Comfort Room with Kitchen'. Prior to check-in I shopped for my groceries for all my meals during my length of stay. When I got my room there was no Kitchen. During the check-in the reception didn't even mention to me that they didn't have the room I had booked. When I called them after I went to my room, they said they didn't have any rooms with an available kitchen. I would have expected this communication prior to my arrival. (My colleague on the other hand didn't book a room with a kitchen and checked in after 9pm and received a full apartment with a kitchen.) They didn't compensate in any way for the fact that the room provided was different. I checked out a day earlier, and when I requested for the invoice they said they cannot provide it to me until the actual check out date - though in my previous stays i have always got it the night before. Its been almost 5days since I checked out and I have still not received the invoice.
