Luxury Desert Camp Oman

It was absolutly phantastic and unforgetable 😍🙏🏼 The staff was so great and friendly. I enjoyed the food, the place, the silence, the sunset and the firewood under the stars. 😍🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼👍🏻

The people working there are nice

It is a SCAM. Everything is overpriced...(Example : They charged us just for following them with our car to the camp FORTY FIVE OMR!!!) "Luxury" but the bathrooms were smelly...

Me and my girlfriend spend a great night at luxury camps, accomodation was superb, also the sunset in the dunes. This is the farmost camp around, so you really feel the connection with the desert, also with a help of friendly and welcoming stuff, such as Muhannad and Omar. They offer plenty of activities, such as camel riding, dune bashing or dinner with the stars. Definitelly recommend, definitelly would stay another time.

There wasnt such a thing

HOW TO GET THERE: Just follow these coordinates on google maps, since the location on google maps is wrong: (22.3383251, 58.6862672) We got to the camp with a 4x4 SUV (reducing tire pressure by 50% at Al Wasil) by following the road over the sand dunes. Quite fun actually! The camp is one of the latest camps when heading south, so just keep on driving. ACCOMODATION: We booked the Royal Tent option. The tent is cozy, nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. The bathroom has everything you need (shower, toilet etc.). The staff guided us to the tent and gave us a very warm welcome with tea, coffee and some fruits. And the Camp has Wifi which is a big plus and absolutely not common for these kind of camps. FOOD: The buffet dinner was served at the big igloo. Food was very yummy and more than enough for us. After dinner, we had a lovely evening at the camp fire. OVERALL: Mohaned (the manager, whose English is very good) and his crew are super friendly and made us feel at home. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this camp.

There was no poweroutlet in the tent - or at least we didnt find it..

The location. The camp with its several lounge areas.

Dirty bathroom. No directions to get to the camp, was just told to follow the gps which only took me halfway there, then had to call several times and wait for someone to come pick me up. I lost valuable time when I could just have been told to keep going on the track. Cheap breakfast, barely enough food for everyone. Dinner is ok but too expensive for what it is.
