Stay was good. Location was good and also rooms are clean. They also provide timely room service.

Breakfast was realy poor and also no taste al all. The cook just made the items only for doing it. Hard breads. Cheapest tea quality. Overall the breakfast is worthless.

The only positive was the breakfast. The corridors were clean.

Accessing the property was quite difficult due to an incorrect Google Maps location, which led me to a different street. The property is located in a very narrow lane where only one vehicle can pass at a time, making arrival and departure challenging. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, the towels were worn, and the bedsheets had visible stains. Additionally, the view from the room did not match the pictures—it overlooked busy lanes and clothes hanging, which was disappointing.

The staff was absolutely lovely and warm, Nikhil especially was extremely responsive and helpful. The food here is fantastic, great quantity, quality and taste The hotel is just absolutely beautiful, with natural wooden insulation. The location is great, everything is walkable.

The road to the hotel is a bit narrow, so big cars/small tour bus might be a difficult. But the views here are brilliant!

The view of the mountains from our terrace was spectacular. Well worth the effort to stay here. The hotel is modern and clean, and the restaurant was very good. It is up a hilly road and not easy to locate by our driver, and it takes effort to walk to.

The staff was not able to communicate in English and when we checked out the clerk could not process our charge cards and we were forced to pay in cash, which was not convenient.
