Luxury Cottage, views of the Lakes with Hot Tub

Very modern and clean great location and owners were very easy to deal with and very polite and helpful!

Great accomodation and views, had a lovely long weekend with 4 adults. The kitchen diner/lounge has.amazing views and everythung you need . The bedrooms downstairs were great with both having a on suite and the biggest bedroom having amazing views and access to the private garden and hottub with views. There is a go local shop at top of road (1 min walk) which has everything you need. We went to M and S in Cockermouth which was handy , also a Aldi within 10 min drive . We went to alot of beauty spots. There are 2 little pubs up the road (1 min walk) which were very accomodating and friendly , they are run by the community (cash only) . The town centre is around 15-20 min drive but unfortunately the village is hard for taxis to come to so a very kind local lady gave us a lift and also left her number for us to call when we wanted to come back .. thankyou Doreann. Driveway to property is a little tight but if you reverse down from the top straight onto the gravel drive then there is no problem getting in or out. Didnt get many photos just videos so unable to load but we will return here.

Beautiful views. Great location to get wherever we wanted. Very high spec property.

Seemed to be flies coming in, but not sure how, or where from. Couldn’t add chemicals to hot tub as none in jar; only used this once. Better toilet paper to match spec of property.

Beautiful & peaceful cottage! Loved the views from upstairs, could see the fells when relaxing in the lounge. Great decor, & very comfortable. The hot tub was so nice! Great hosts, who communicated everything we needed to know. Thank you for the welcome chocolates, they were much appreciated.
