Friendly staff, good wifi, very practical location to catch an early flight the next day.

It was dirty. Very dirty. My bed was uncomfortable and noisy. There was no toilet paper in the shared bathroom, whose floor was always wet. I reserved a double private room and they gave me a single with shared bathroom, claiming it was a mistake by Booking.

空港に近いが、Googleマップでは連絡通路を通るため表示が不明瞭。 真夜中に着くためスタッフに事前に連絡したが迎えがなく、その後もトラブルが発生し女性1人で本当に心細い思いをした。 真夜中0時に着き、ホテルに着いたのが2時半。泣いた。 スタッフに悪気はないが、もうこりごり。

トイレットペーパーとタオルが無かった。 トイレの水タンクが壊れていて朝水が流れなかった。 虫が部屋を飛んでいた。 トイレの芳香剤の匂いがきつかった。 布団がペラペラで、冷暖房無く夜寒かった

Lumpy pillows, small chalet type room, no toilet in room

Very close to the airport, lots of small corner markets and food options around. Staff were extremely friendly and kind. Check in and out options were flexible.

The location was good. I wanted a place close to the airport. The host was generally nice although there was an issue with my booking and I’m not sure if it’s Booking.com’s fault or the place itself.

I arrived late at night to find out that they don’t have my booking and had already given up my room to someone else. It took a long time for them to finally find, but I then offered a spare room to spend the night. I was too tired to argue, but I suspected the room wasn’t ready/cleaned for a guest.
