One hour hotel

The kitchen was well equipped.

A free airport transfer would have been included, nobody came to pick me up, however. After initial, smooth communication, the hotel stopped replying to my messages and I waited for an hour at the airport. Finally, I took an Uber. To be fair, my flight had a delay of 1 hour, I did say which flight I was on, however. I think it would be the Hotel's responsibility to check flight status and then adjust pick up accordingly. When I arrived and mentioned the poor communication, the receptionist just shrugged and said something along the lines of "yeah, it's like that sometimes". The room was fine, nothing exceptional though.
